When i try to unarchive the files it says 2 errors.. and wont work??! can anyone help?

There's a patch availible on the Grim Fandango fan site. Note sure if I'm allowed to place the adress here, but just Googling "grim fandango patch" will work. Great game btw.

Guys can somone help me out please. I have downloaded both discs. But I cant play the game. Once I have installed it I cant get any further. When I click on the play grim icon it just takes me back to the installer page.

Can somone please walk me though how I should be doing this to get it to work.

i use to play this game and i love it if you ever see the game and you have the chance to buy it buyit right away its just that good of a game :)
