"i need a manual of some sort, the app keeps asking me for a ticket number in order for me to access an event"

Once you extract the .rar, open the 'SUM' batch file. You should see a screen that says "MEA CULPA '92". click the enter key sveral times. the game should load. if you get to the ticket screen, type in any number and the game should load.
NOTE: the sound does not work running the batch file directly. Use DOSBOX or DFEND RELOADED to hear sound. Hopefully this helps, Nuushy. ;)
