excellent game. I never saw anything like it before. You first have to learn how to use your instruments and then its great. But make sure that you have the solution at hand to get the surgery done properly - its not always clear from the (ingame) med school

Hurray, I managed to retracting appendix. Later I'm always killing the patient. I have question: how to make graphic looks like on screenshots? I have only 16 colors

I have never end a surgery... One time my patient survived to cutting fat layer xD I always had been called "Jack the Ripper", even when I did everything like I should.
