changed data in in .ini file, but comes up with an wing32.dll missing error, any help or input at all? thanks!!

Hi im new here and I thought Id add I got as far as getting the movie to work but getting a WIZARD.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close error

I changed the CDDATA file as the readme said, with the proper installation path to the Wiz7Gold folder, but it still says it can't load the moveie.

Any ideas?
