You need to use DosBox. I think you can also use Pentacle.

You're probably gonna wanna download a program called "Exult" for Ultima VII (which is the best game in the collection). Also try visiting "ultima the reconstuction" web page or other Ultima Dragons web pages for info on how to get these games running.
