Used DGVoodoo with WIN 98se. Changed colorkeying method under dos to: NATIVE. Plays smoothly at 800*600 with 3D graphics. Fantastic game.

I have Screamer Rally 3 on cd.. It was cool game but I wish there were more track and cars maybe :p
