One of my favorite SNES games but this is the PC version , the same game but it's just another system. Asterix & Obelix was absoluty a good looking game and could keep me busy for hours long. This game contains so many missions and bonus levels that makes it a very enslaving game with a very nice two player option.

The graphics are very good for its age and the music and sounds too but the gameplay, I don't think it's very good simply because sometimes you will fall down when you are in the middle of a stone or something... normally a human, Asterix or Obelix is able to stand on a stone but sometimes you will be unable to stand on it, why? I think it's a small bug. But for the rest this is a great game.

As always Asterix is the little one and Obelix the strong and big character, I always prefer Obelix I think it's because of his way of walking, jumping, etc, he simply acts very cool. So as you can see you are able to choose between these characters. You can choose between them in the main menu, go to options to change it. Standard you will start with Obelix but you are able to change this.

When you take a look at the screenshots you will notice that there are many different landscapes available in this game, and that's right I only took a couple of shots but when I want to make one of every landscape there would be tons of screenshots available. As you can see this game contains many levels, especially the bonus levels are great, there you have to play a rugby match or some other good old games.

In my eyes this is a fantastic game, the only weak point is the sucking gameplay... well it's good but there are some small bugs in this game. I want to suggest every Asterix & Obelix fan to download this game and for other people when you like 2D platform games, check it out!
