I get a message asking me to insert the Full Throttle CD when I try and run this through Dosbox. Do I have to download the ISO as well as the CGN installer?

If the sound is still crappy under dosbox, check out the settings in the file dosbox.conf. if you use soundblaster see if the IRQ and DMA match with the game settings.

works well in scumm vm or dosbox. There are problems with the sound under if you run this under windows.
