The powerup Quake Disruptor is composed of two games when it was at the time of release.

This game has the tune "Firestarter" by The Prodigy.

Me too, but in the film, it seems the game looks pretty fair.

Unzip the game files somewhere; i.e. C:\Games\WipeoutXL

Download the Speed Fix:

Unzip the Wipeout2.exe into your game directory, overwriting the old one.

Paste the following text into a file named WipeoutXL.reg, change the DirectoryName to where you copied the game files into, save it and run it.

Ok, I figured it out. The uploaded image/full game is crap. It does only work with files stored into the WOBBLE directory. I made a own image and now it's working flawlessly! To activate ingame audio, just mount the CD and make sure that it's the FIRST CD-ROM drive available (in my situation D:\ ). Then, you ca here the soundtrack.

I'll try to upload also multiplayer and speeddown patches.
