That is Res' custom installer for most games downloadable from CGN.

The Space Quest series (and all the other Sierra compilations) are being re-released so they are wares. Plus they are ESA protected so we couldn't host them even if they weren't being released. We only recently were made aware of the ESA protection status of this game and that it's being re-released.
