Game review

We'll probably all know just one GTA game... but this is yet another great game by RockStar. Well... not really a game but an add-on. With this wicked add-on you can get into criminal gangs and get lost in the dark alleys of London. And of course you'll have to work for some criminal gangs and and watch your back for the police and some enemy criminal gangs. Right, now the game in detail:
Graphics:
Okay but could be much better, build on the same engine as the original GTA. It's a platform game and still it's very blocky, especially when they zoom in on you. But still, the cars are very well made and there's some good scenery around. The general scenery doesn't has a 'Count the pixels' effect so it's quite nice. You can easily recognize things in the scenery. You don't have to think 'Is that a snack bar or a bush' or something like that. The roads are also quite nice and you can even see a little shade on it. When you drive fast over it with your car, the blocks on the road go very fast that it almost looks like a white line, really well done. The explosions are very nice, too bad it does not give you that graphical experience what was expected. The city of London is very well designed tough, with skyscrapers and that sort of things.
Gameplay:
Do anything you want in this game. Did you see a cool car? Go run after it and get it yourself. Having trouble with somebody? No problem, get your flamethrower and fire at him. That's the funniest part about this game, you can do whatever you like to do. You only have to watch your back for the police or other criminal gangs. The game has about 5 weapons with each its own fun. From a simple pistol to a bazooka. And still, killing people is not so fun if you simply shoot them. This expansion pack includes 32 new missions. Most of them are 'Go kill that person, go steal this car and hide it.' In the beginning it's very easy but later on it gets difficult because the cops are close behind you.
Sound/Music:
Those 60s sounds really do the trick. It really gets you in the game. That's about everything for the music. So, onto the sound: Magnificent! You can hear doors slamming, you can hear crushing bones when you drive over somebody and people getting shot when you fire at them. There is also a great sound when someone dies with flames, check it out yourself.
Overall:
The game has a great replay value. A little bit of the graphics with the awesome gameplay and sound makes this game really enslaving. I said a little bit of the graphics because the graphics really need some improvement and could be better back in 1999. All in all, it has a shipload of action and when you've got enough credits for it, go spend it on this game.

It's not legal for anyone but Rockstar Games to provide GTA 1, 2 and London 1969. That was their decision when they released all three as part of the Classics Collection--still being actively sold.
All other sites are forced to remove it and people are told to buy the Classics Collection |

Its like a modification for GTA, the cars are changed to a better shape, the missions are totally new and more challenging.
