Company description
From Wikipedia:
Cyan Worlds, Inc. (formerly Cyan, Inc.) is a computer game company, founded by brothers Rand and Robyn Miller in 1988. After the release of Riven: The Sequel to Myst in 1997, Robyn left Cyan to pursue other interests (including the music CD, Ambo [1]). To clarify new directions for the company, CEO Rand Miller then changed the name from "Cyan" to "Cyan Worlds." The company is located in Mead, Washington (just outside Spokane).
From Cyan:
The past 20 years have graced Cyan Worlds, Inc. with a variety of games and products ranging from children's interactive worlds of discovery to the richly interactive and wildly successful Myst series of adventure games. We also, on occasion, extend our design and production services to the outside world. Not simply a recluse bunch of designers, artists, and programmers who remain nameless and sequestered to our campus in the Pacific Northwest, we now more openly give in to the relentless public demand that our talent be shared.
