Fight against the girl:
Complete the game fifty times to fight the girl.

Fight against Evil Thomas:
Complete the game one hundred times to fight Evil Thomas.

Bonus points:
Use a jump kick on the twelfth enemy on each level for 5000 points.

Alternate ending sequence:
Successfully complete the game twice in succession. The hearts will appear in different locations during the ending sequence.
