If any of your three characters has got a higher weapon level with any of the eight weapons, he can "share" his level with the other character. To do this, you will have to activate the second player. Now with the first player charge the weapon as high as possible. Afterwards open the menu with the second player and pick the weapon the first player is holding. Now your power-bar will start looking strange, but thath shouldn't bother you because this just means that the second character is now able to perform a charged attack.

Note: This only lasts for one strike. Afterwards you will have to repeat this trick.
