Start with 4 million
First you have to start a new tower.
Before you do anything select the lobby tool.
Then move down to the far left of the tower.
Do not click anywhere before this or it will not work.
Place a section of lobby just under level "B9".
You will now have double your starting funds from 2 million to 4 million

How to make-

Two floor Lobby
First you have to start a new tower. (won't work with an old tower.)
Select the lobbies tool.
While holding down the "ctrl" key place down your lobby.
Bigger lobbies make people less stressed!.

Three floor Lobby
First you have to start a new tower. (won't work with an old tower.)
Select the lobbies tool.
While holding down the "ctrl" + "shift" key place down your lobby.
Bigger lobbies make people less stressed!.
This will only work with the ground floor lobby and not on the sky lobbies
