This cheat works in every version of Wacky Wheels.

This cheat will explain you how to change your character into Dopefish. First of all you have to choose for "Single Player Race" in the main menu of this game.  When you enter a race wait untill everybody starts racing, everything you have to do is stand still, as following hold down the "break button" on your keyboard and hold left until Dopefish finally shows up.

One last thing:
This cheat only works when the lion with the traffic lights
in its hand is on your screen.
